The guys on the other forum have convinced me to make up a batch of super magnet oil drain plugs, they fit all 6.2 engines. If anyone over here is interested PM me and I’ll put you on the list. They pull in particles from 6” away, keep ferrous hard debris out of your oil pump and bearings as even the best oil filters don’t catch everything, these do!! Even my blower lifting eyelet I dropped and couldn’t find, the magnet in the pan grabbed it!!

I have them on my car, great product!
So being my car is a 16 it had the threaded inserts in the cradle but to use the bigger bolts for the brace you have to drill them out. See where some of the metal shavings ended up on the outside of the magnet

I like it, any risk of the magnet ever coming loose?
only if you break it off which I highly doubt will happen once inside the pan. They are press fit about 3/8” into the plug with JB Weld on them. It’s a process to make each, unfortunately not a 5 minute job each, they are made with care like everything I do.

Yep, anything magnetic that gets near their field gets sucked into them. Grabbed this wrench out of my hand as was working on something else, KLINK and it hung there swinging back and forth like a watch pendulum

Every drain on both of my cars have them. Money well spent.

Hooooly shit Batman that has more gravitational pull than a Black Hole. Good size combination wrench stuck right into its gravitational orbit. Through the oil pan to boot
